Ranitidine is a histamin-2 blocker. It works by reducing the amount of acid produced by the stomach.

How to take:
Ranitidine comes in a tablet form taken by mouth. Usually it is twice a day however dosage depends on doctor′s prescription. Ranitidine is an over the counter drug used to prevent symptoms of heartburn. It is taken 30-60 minutes before eating. Take the drug as directed by the physician. Precautions:
