Indications:
Levothyroxine is used for replacement or supplemental therapy for congenital or acquired hypothyroidism. It is also use in the treatment or prevention of various types of euthyroid goiters.
How to take:
Take Levothyroxine as directed by the doctor. Starting doses and dose changes may differ with individual patients based upon age, the presence of cardiovascular disease, the development of tolerance, side effects to the medication, and blood levels of thyroid hormone.
