Bupropion is an andipressant medicine that helps smoking cessation.

How to take:
The initial dose is 150 mg orally once a day with or without food, this dosage may be increased to 300 mg/day, given as 150 mg twice a day, but not sooner than 3 days after beginning therapy. When you start the treatment you may still smoke for 1 week after you start the medicine. During the second week of your treatment please set a date to quit smoking.
You can combine Zyban with nicotine gum or patches to support your smoking cessation treatment.
Precautions:
Please don't take Zyban if you have seizures as it may worsen the condition. Zyban may cause seizures, especially in people having certain medical conditions or using certain drugs, that's why it is very important to consult with your doctor and tell about your conditions and medications you use in detail.
Never take this drug if you have epilepsy, eating disorders (anorexia).
